  • It is very common in India to prepare for many Types of Competitive Exams after High School or Intermediate. The Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Human Resource Development of India has entrusted the responsibility of conducting Joint Entrance Examination JEE (Main) to the NAT. Every year the Joint Entrance Examination Mains is held by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). JEE MAINS


  • The first step to get into The Top Most Engineering Colleges is JEE Mains. This exam has two papers: Paper-I and Paper-II. Candidates can go for either or both of them. JEE Mains, unlike JEE Advance, has a fixed structure and is not subject to change every year. The JEE Mains, which replaces AIEEE, is for taking the first step towards to your dream college and get admission to one of the Top Most Private College in India. Candidates are supposed to be focused and have to score as much best as they can in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) disciplines in class 11 and 12.
  • Eligibility Criteria: The Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’ has announced the JEE Mains Eligibility Criteria and as per the revised JEE Main Eligibility Criteria 2021, candidates are required to score at least 75% marks in 12 th class exam, or be in the top 20 percentile in their intermediate examination conductive by the Respective Boards. Paper-I is for admission to B.E./B.Tech courses. This is a kind of examination which is conducted in a Computer Based Test Mode. Paper-II is for the gateway for the admission in B.Arch and B.Planning Courses. This examination is conducted in Computer Based Test Mode except for one paper i.e. the Drawing Test.
  • Entrance Test Score: For getting an admission in one of the Top Most Government as well as Private Engineering Colleges, the score of JEE Mains plays a very important role. In India, JEE Mains score is valid for admission in all the Government Colleges. In India, total 50% of Engineering Seats (in Uttar Pradesh) are reserved for OBC, ST and SC Categories. JEE ADVANCE


  • Here is the next step toward the Top Most Government as well as Private Engineering Colleges of India. The Joint Entrance Examination (Advanced) also has 2 papers: Paper-I and Paper-II.
  • The Time Duration of this Examination is Three Hours each.
  • Eligibility Criteria: All the candidates are required to fulfil all the Eligibility Criteria to appear in JEE (Advance).
  • Age Limit: Candidates should be less than 25 years of age.
  • Number of Attempts: All the candidates can attempt the examination of JEE Advanced for maximum number of Two Times in Consecutive Years.
  • 12 th Score: The candidate must have equal or more than 75% in their Intermediate Examination or must be in the Top 20 percentile of successful candidates in their respective Class XII Board Examination.

Following documents are required to be uploaded while filling the form of JEE Mains as well as JEE Advanced:

JEE Advanced 2021


  • It is declared that IT Kharagpur will conduct JEE Advanced 2021 on July 03, 2021. All the Eligibility Criteria is same and 75% in Class 12 th is mandatory as always. A total number of 2,50,000 candidates will be shortlisted for JEE Advanced 2021. JEE Advanced is conducted every year by Seven Zonal Coordinating IITs under the proper guidance of the Joint Admission Board.
  • The most Latest Update about the JEE Advance 2021 is that all the examination process will be conducted by IIT Kharagpur, said the Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal “Nishank”. Also JEE Main 2020 qualified candidates, who were not able to appear in the second stage of the exam can appear for the JEE Advanced 2021 exam directly. Hence all those candidates have a chance to get into the Top Most Government as well as Private Engineering College or any Technology Institutions.
  • The Education Minister has also announced that JEE Advanced 2021 will be conducted on 03 rd July. Hence all the candidates have much more time to prepare for the examination. Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal also addressed the nation live where they will announce the JEE Advanced 2021 Admission Schedule and all the Admission Details for various IITs.
